Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor on our e-commerce platform.  BIDHAAR is committed to showcasing exceptional African creativity and empowering creators like yourself.  These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between BIDHAAR (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the Vendor (“you” or “your”).

By registering as a vendor and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  

Please read them carefully before submitting your application.

• Eligibility

You must be a legal entity authorized to do business in your country of residence.

Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to become vendors.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the production, sale, and export of your products.

• Application & Approval Process

To become a vendor, you must submit an application through the BIDHAAR platform.

Your application will be reviewed based on various factors, including the quality and originality of your products, alignment with BIDHAAR’s mission, and brand fit.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

• Products

You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of all products you list on BIDHAAR.

You agree to provide accurate and complete product descriptions, including materials, dimensions, and any potential allergens.

Your products must be authentically African-made or designed.

We reserve the right to remove any product that does not meet our quality standards or violates these Terms.

• Pricing & Fees

You are responsible for setting the prices for your products.

BIDHAAR charges a commission fee on each sale made through our platform. The current commission rate will be displayed during the application process and may be subject to change.

You are responsible for any taxes or other fees associated with your sales.

• Payment & Fulfillment

BIDHAAR will collect payment from customers on your behalf.

We will remit your earnings after deducting our commission fee, typically within [Number] business days after the sale is complete.

You are responsible for fulfilling all orders promptly and efficiently. This includes packaging, shipping, and providing tracking information to customers.

• Marketing & Customer Service

You are responsible for creating compelling product descriptions, high-quality product images, and any other marketing materials for your listings.

We encourage you to actively promote your products both on and off the BIDHAAR platform.

You are responsible for providing excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries promptly and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and designs.

By listing your products on BIDHAAR, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your product images and descriptions for marketing purposes on our platform.

• Term & Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party.

We may terminate your account at any time for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deactivating your account on the BIDHAAR platform.

Upon termination, you will no longer be authorized to sell products on BIDHAAR. We reserve the right to withhold any outstanding payments due to you until any outstanding balances are settled.

• Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

BIDHAAR is a platform that connects vendors with customers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any products sold on our platform.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or the sale of your products.

• Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country where BIDHAAR is registered].

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, Country where BIDHAAR is registered].

• Changes to the Terms
