Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr. Eazi, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur. He is the originator of Banku Music, a fusion of Ghanaian highlife and Nigerian chords.

To Eazi, music is one of the ways he conquers the world and achieves his goals. He is one with an astounding ability to see opportunity in everything – opportunity that most people might miss.

In his starting out, he talked of how he spent £10,000 earlier in his career to book two UK shows in 2016. His investor who laughed at him but still gave him the money. He made £32,000 from the shows and invested all back into music.

“I left London with 20 pounds in my pocket.” – He said.

He also talked about his foundation, emPawa Africa, a platform that equips 100 African artists every year with the network and investment they need.

“We picked 100 and we funded them… we gave them 3,000 dollars each to shoot their first professional music videos because people helped me shoot my first music videos. It’s like me giving back”.
