Welcome to BIDHAAR (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BIDHAAR e-commerce platform (“Platform”).

1. Eligibility

4. Prohibited Activities

• You may not use the Platform for any purpose that is illegal or unauthorized.
• You may not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You may not infringe on the intellectual property rights of BIDHAAR or any third party.
• You may not interfere with the security of the Platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
• You may not use the Platform to collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
• You may not impersonate any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Platform and all content on it, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of BIDHAAR or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not use any content on the Platform without the express written consent of BIDHAAR.

6. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• BIDHAAR disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• BIDHAAR does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
• BIDHAAR does not warrant that the information on the Platform is accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

• BIDHAAR will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

• BIDHAAR may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
